Welcome to Akasha Sound Temple!

My name is Niina. I am Himalayan Singing Bowls Practitioner, Sound Therapist, Yogi, film Producer, Life Enthusiast and Traveller.

I’m grateful to the Universe for being on the Journey of Sound discovery and being able to help people to find Inner Peace though sound and nada yoga practice (yoga of sound).

In Akasha Sound Bath sessions I use Himalayan Singing Bowls, gongs, bells, shamanic drum, rainstick, sansula, voice tuning techniques, jaw harp and mantras.

Singing Bowls are for everyone who is into wellbeing, spirituality, meditation, sound healing and alternative medicine. Today, people are very stressed, and they are looking for tools, that have immediate relaxing effect on the body and mind. Singing Bowls strong vibrations and cosmic sounds penetrate deeply on all levels, opening a special way to maintaining health and balance.

Sound relaxation is a powerful tool that supports developing inner harmony, boosts productivity and creativity in daily life. In case of physical, mental or psychological issues, sound relaxation can also help alleviate the pain and reduce the level of stress, worries or anxiety caused by a frantic world.

I believe that Sound is Medicine of the Future.

Singing Bowls brought magic into my life and I hope you will find them as beautiful and powerful as I did.

Namaste & Enjoy!

AKASHA

“Akasha” is Sanskrit for“ether”, “sky” or “space”. Akasha is the first material element created from the astral world, it is closely related to the Sound matter. In Tibetan belief it is is the fifth element that contains all four other elements- fire, water, earth and air.

In the spiritual world, the alignment or process was ( and still is) facilitated by prayers and other meditative practices. Thousands of years ago Hindu mystics taught their students about the existence of the Akashic records. Akashic records contain a recording of everything that has even happened or will happen. As these records exist in the fourth dimension they are outside space and time. Some say that they even contain the knowledge of beings that inhabit other planets and dimensions. Interestingly, the akashic records have also been called the ‘mind of God”, but it doesn’t matter what name we give to this universal field of consciousness/ metaphysical information network, the most important thing is to know that it is a fountain of knowledge that is available to all.
